Information we collect
Inquiry and engagement information voluntarily submitted, operational metadata strictly necessary for the delivery of protective services, and minimum technical telemetry used to defend our infrastructure. We do not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer principal data to third parties under any circumstance.
Retention
Records related to active engagements are retained for the duration required by applicable insurance, regulatory, and contractual obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.
